During my internship at Farm Sanctuary, we all met (the interns) together for a lunch prepared by a someone from the staff, and this, every Wednesday. There's one recipe that I got all crazy about and I was lucky enough to put my hand on it. Now guess what? Here it is! Oh! and before you start, what makes this meal so special is the sauce, so don't take any shortcuts when you prepare it.
