A few weeks ago, I went to a raw vegan restaurant in Qualicum Beach BC. I was experimenting a full raw meal for the first time. I had spring rolls for an entrée, a Mediterranean Pizza for my main meal. The food was so good that I topped it up with a small rice wrap packed with greens, sprouts, red and yellow peppers, cashew hummus, Falafel Balls and Carrot. I soon realized that you don't need to eat lots to be fulfilled.
